Mark Cantrell

Mark Cantrell is a writer/illustrator whose works of both fiction and nonfiction have appeared in several national magazines including Outre, Veterinary Practice News, You and Your Dog, Forum, Toy Shop, Your Health, and Military Officer. He is the author of The Everything Weather Book published by Adams Media, and co-author of "Sixteen Minutes from Home: The Columbia Space Shuttle Tragedy" and "Saddam: The Face of Evil" for AMI Books.
Cantrells cartoons and line illustrations have been published in Starlog, Creative Computing and Fangoria, among other magazines, and he spent a three-year stint as an editorial cartoonist for Glades Newspapers. He illustrated three books for Cool Hand Communications, Inc.: 1001 Ways To Make Your Life Better, The Magic of Garlic, and Natural Stress-Busters For The Whole Family. Cantrell lives with his wife and two cats in Wake Forest, North Carolina.
